AI Use Policy.

1. Purpose and scope

This AI Use Policy (“Policy”) explains how 10X AI Studio LLC (“10X AI Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) on our website at 10xaistudio.com (the “Site”) and in the services we offer to clients (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is part of our Terms of Use and supplements our Privacy Policy and Responsible AI commitments.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in this Policy.

2. How we use AI

10X AI Studio uses AI in the following ways:

• Chat assistant: Our website chat is powered by AI and assists with answering general questions, gathering inquiry information, and routing prospective clients to a human strategist.
• Content drafting: We may use AI tools to assist with drafting, editing, and summarizing content for our newsletter, blog, and marketing materials. A human reviews and approves this content before publication.
• Client services: We design, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows, agents, and tools for client engagements under separate written agreements.
• Internal operations: We may use AI to summarize meetings, organize information, draft internal documents, and improve productivity.

3. Data processed by AI

The data processed by AI through our Services may include:

• Information you provide through forms, chat, or email (such as your name, email, company, and the content of your messages)
• Publicly available content on the Site
• Aggregated and anonymized usage data

We do not provide sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government identifiers, or health records) to AI systems through the Site. If you choose to submit such information, you do so at your own risk.

4. Human review

The chat assistant on the Site is intended for general inquiries and information gathering. It does not replace human judgment. A 10X AI Studio team member will follow up on substantive inquiries.

5. Accuracy and limitations

AI systems, including those used by 10X AI Studio, can produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. AI outputs are not professional advice. You should not rely on AI outputs for legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions without independent verification by a qualified professional.

10X AI Studio makes no warranty or guarantee about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI output. Use of AI outputs is at your own risk.

6. Model training notice

We do not use your conversations with our chat assistant or other personal information you submit to the Site to train AI models for general purposes without your explicit consent. Where we work with third-party AI providers, we configure those services to disable training on customer data wherever supported by the provider.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to evaluate and improve our own AI systems and prompts. This data does not identify individual users.

7. Prohibited uses

When you use the AI features of the Services, you agree not to:

• Submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Submit content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful
• Use AI features to develop weapons, conduct surveillance, perform unauthorized profiling, or facilitate discrimination
• Attempt to extract the underlying prompts, training data, or models behind our AI systems
• Use AI features to generate content that impersonates a real person or entity in a deceptive manner
• Use AI features for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Use AI outputs as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions affecting an individual's legal rights, employment, credit, healthcare, housing, or insurance

8. Third-party AI providers

We may use third-party AI providers, including large language model providers and other AI infrastructure vendors, to deliver portions of the Services. These providers may process your information under their own terms, which we have evaluated for alignment with our privacy and security commitments. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information you submit may be processed by these third-party providers.

9. Opt-out and consent

The chat assistant is an optional feature. You may use the Site without engaging with it. If you prefer not to use AI features, you may contact us directly by email at hello@10xaistudio.com or by phone at +1 (929) 525-4495.

If you have provided information to our chat assistant and wish to have your conversation transcript deleted, contact us using the information in Section 12.

10. Incident reporting

If you believe an AI feature on the Site has produced harmful, biased, or seriously inaccurate output, please report the issue to hello@10xaistudio.com. We take these reports seriously and will investigate and respond as appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Effective date” above and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
