1. Scope and acceptance

This Privacy Policy describes how 10X AI Studio LLC(“10X AI Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey with its principal place of business in Monroe Township, New Jersey, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at 10xaistudio.com (the “Site”), interact with our chat assistant, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and inquiry information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you choose to share when you fill out a form, subscribe to our newsletter, interact with our chat assistant, or contact us by email.
  • Newsletter subscription information: Name and email address you submit to receive our newsletter.
  • Communications: The content of messages, replies, and other communications you send to us, including through our chat assistant.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time and date of access, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Small data files stored on your device that help us recognize you, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. See Section 5 for details.

4. When we share information

6. AI services and your data

10X AI Studio uses artificial intelligence systems, including third-party large language models, to power our chat assistant and certain client services. When you interact with our chat assistant:

  • Your conversation may be processed by third-party AI providers under their terms.
  • We do not use your conversations to train AI models without your explicit consent.
  • We may retain transcripts to improve service quality and follow up on your inquiries.
  • A human reviews material outputs before any business decision is made based on them.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe. Inquiry and chat transcript records are typically retained for up to thirty-six (36) months and then deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting us.
  • Restrict processing: Request that we limit how we use your personal information in certain circumstances.

9. New Jersey residents

If you are a resident of New Jersey, you have additional rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information collected from you, and the right to opt out of certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 15. We will respond within forty-five (45) days as required under applicable New Jersey law.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us may contact us using the information in Section 15.

11. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International users

The Services are operated from the United States and are intended for users located in the United States. 14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, when appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
