Our Commitments

Responsible AI.

Effective date: May 20, 2026

At 10X AI Studio, we believe AI should amplify people, not replace their judgment. These commitments describe how we build, deploy, and recommend AI systems for our clients and for the public, in line with our mission of Practical AI that delivers measurable results.

Our principles

01

Human oversight

Every AI workflow we deploy operates under human supervision. Material outputs are reviewed by a person before they reach a client, customer, or the public.

02

Transparency

We disclose where and how AI is used in our Services and in the systems we build for clients. We do not hide AI behind a human persona.

03

Fairness

We test the AI systems we build for known patterns of bias. When we find issues, we mitigate them before deployment and monitor them in production.

04

Privacy

We minimize the data AI systems process, protect what they do process, and never use customer data to train AI models without explicit consent.

05

Security

AI deployments inherit enterprise-grade security controls, including access management, audit logs, and incident response procedures.

06

Accountability

We log what AI systems do, who authorized them, and what data they processed. We can answer questions about every output we ship.

How we test for bias and harm

Before we deploy an AI system for a client, we run a structured evaluation that covers:

  • Accuracy testing: We measure outputs against known-correct examples and document where the system performs well and where it struggles.
  • Bias screening: We test how the system performs across demographic groups where the use case touches people, including hiring, evaluation, customer service, and personalization.
  • Adversarial testing: We probe the system with prompts designed to surface harmful, unsafe, or misleading outputs.
  • Edge-case review: We look at how the system behaves at the boundaries of its training data and intended use.
  • Failure-mode documentation: We document known failure modes for every AI deployment so users know what to watch for.

What we do and do not do

We do

  • Pair every AI deployment with a human supervisor
  • Disclose AI use to end users
  • Provide an opt-out path where feasible
  • Document data flows, retention, and access
  • Honor data deletion requests promptly
  • Train client teams on responsible use
  • Monitor deployed systems over time

We do not

  • Deploy autonomous AI for high-stakes decisions affecting people's rights, employment, credit, healthcare, housing, or insurance
  • Build facial recognition or biometric surveillance systems without explicit consent and legal review
  • Use customer data to train AI models without explicit consent
  • Build AI systems designed to deceive, manipulate, or impersonate real people
  • Recommend AI for use cases where the risks outweigh the benefits

Incident reporting

If you believe an AI system we have built or operate has produced a harmful, biased, or seriously inaccurate output, please tell us. We treat these reports seriously, investigate promptly, and report back. You can reach us at hello@10xaistudio.com.

Ongoing review

Responsible AI is a moving target. The field evolves, new risks surface, and new mitigations become available. We review these commitments at least annually and update them when our practices change. We encourage clients and partners to challenge us when we fall short.
